Organic products contain more natural nutrients, such as natural sugars, vitamin C, carotenoids, antioxidants and larger amounts of minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iron. For example, organic milk contains more omega 3 fatty acids, and organic potatoes contain more vitamin C. One of the most powerful antioxidants – Resveratrol is often encountered in organic products and is thought to protect blood vessels, including protecting brain function and lowering blood pressure.

In the production of organic food only 32 strictly defined additives are allowed to be used. For this reason, it can be said that organic food has a more natural smell, taste and color.
