How to Make A Tasty Homemade Vegan Burger

Today the vegan burger is a popular choice for anyone who wants to make healthier choices in their diet.

There was a time when the vegan burger was considered to be an option that was reserved for vegetarians or individuals who were on a weight loss plan.

Low-fat and low-calorie, less or no preservatives ,rich In fiber, help prevent disease, are the main reasons why the vegan burger is a healthy and tasty choice of food.

Today ,will be presented a recipe for preparation of vegan burger from red beans and chickpeas.

Necessary ingredients:

240/ gr. red beans

240/ gr. chickpeas

1 tablespoon of tomato paste

1 tablespoon minced flaxseed( will mix with 3 tablespoon of water)

2 tablespoons bread crumbs

1 garlic clove( chopped)

1 teaspoon baking powder

according to your taste:  sea salt,ground black pepper, chopped red mild paprika, culinary herbs(we used parsley and mint)

Method of preparation

1 Step – In a large mixing bowl you will put the red beans and chickpeas from a can (previously washed and squeezed).

2 Step-With help a hand blender from the listed ingredients(red beans and chickpeas) you will get a mixture like puree, on which you will be add all the other ingredients from the list according to the quantities, stir all ingredients together, and will be get a mixture for burgers.

3 Step – Leave the resulting mixture in a refrigerator to be rest for 1 hour.

4 Step – The obtained mixture is sufficient for making 4 burgers.

5 Step – Bake them in oven on baking paper at 200 degrees about 20 to 25 minutes.

6 Step – Now vegan burgers are ready for decoration ,no rule, the bread and the vegetables you will use are according to your taste(we used tomatoes, cucumbers and onions as an addition).
