Natural Recipes For Healing Anemia

Anemia is the most common blood disorder and is a condition that can be caused by many causes. Reduced number erythrocyte, hemoglobin, and iron are the most common causes that give symptoms of anemia. Anemia is a serious condition that causes low energy and poor health.

Specifically, Anemia is a condition in which you do not have enough healthy red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to the body’s tissues. This condition many people do not take it seriously and it can be a big mistake.

Tea of 4 herbs

Mix in the same amount of nettle, sage, thyme and mint. Make tea from this mixture in the amount of 250 ml. Drain the tea and add honey and lemon juice. Drink at least 2 cups per day or about half liter.

Nettle tea

This is very famous and effective recipe. Tea from nettle should be consumed lukewarm, and preferably three times per day.

Tea from walnut

In a liter of water, add 20 grams fresh leaf from walnuts and cook for 15 minutes. Then, each day, drink a small cup before lunch.

Horseradish tea

In a liter of water, add 20 grams root of horseradish and cook for 20 minutes. Leave the tea for one night, and then consume it twice a day, preferably between meals.

Practical advice

Lot of vitamin C – it improves absorption of the iron, the best is cup of freshly squeezed juice after a meal.

Food rich in copper —it is also help in absorption of the iron. Cereals, cheese, seafood …..

Do not drink wine, tea, or coca cola during a meal – tannin which they contain impedes the absorption of iron.
